"This place is bad! I paid note of how many people were in the coffee lounge and carvery when we arrived, two tables and us. We asked for something simple (no hot drinks) a sandwich, water and hot food that was already prepared, so we could get in and get out quickly that was mistake number 1.35 minutes we waited until I went to ask for my money back but they said they were preparing our food, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, mistake number 2. They only brought half of the order, so we had to ask again.No sorry, no freebee, the owner was stood there no apology no nothing. Ironically the sandwich we ordered was very nice but the service sucked. There were several others who complained. at the same time, don`t go there!"

"Practically on a whim we decided to drive to Mont Saint-Michel after a long day touring Normandy. This is 90 minutes from Bayeux, but an easy drive..if the weather is good. We went when it was foggy and rainy. Yet it was still manageable and wonderful. The fortress is amazing - you will rarely see something so incredible despite the touristy shops. We dined here after looking at several menus. We had something on the simple side, soup, salad and pizza. It was WONDERFUL. We saw our next-table mates have salmon and they said it was delicious. They also had creme brulee for dessert and it was amazing. The food was served fast, hot and the prices were reasonable. The wait staff all spoke english and were very polite cheery. We'd dine here again on our next visit."
