This place is bad! I paid note of how many people were in the coffee lounge and carvery when we arrived, two tables and us. We asked for something simple (no hot drinks) a sandwich, water and hot food that was already prepared, so we could get in and get out quickly that was mistake number 1.35 minutes we waited until I went to ask for my money back but they said they were preparing our food, so I gave them the benef... If you are looking for a good coffee and a hearty breakfast, you cannot beat Helensvale Carvery and Coffee Lounge. Go for the big breakfast it's great.
Nice staff. Always friendly and a Carvery I will always visit in helensvale. Fishcake, eat the fish cake. It's hard not to go back for more.
