"This was a pleasant surprise today. I hate that dining rooms have been closed. Eating in a car with 2 kids can be messy and frustrating. Going through the drive thru we noticed nice picnic tables set up with umbrellas. After getting our food we were able to sit and enjoy our meal. The food was delicious and hot. The drive thru was backed up at least 10 cars when we got in line. The line moved quickly. The cashier was friendly and our order was correct. This is a bit of a drive for us but we will definitely be back"

"Triple Cheeseburger was half burnt and stuck in a sliding position. Pretty gross on portions, normal on the other portions. Fries were cold like usual... Quarter Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal was pretty messy and wilting the box. The sodas that my brother and I got were great!"

"I've been a long time customer of Smoothie King and would frequent the Lemay store, which always has had great service. I've moved, and the Affton location is now more convenient. I know it's new and just getting going so I waited until I had been there a few times before writing this review. The people are very friendly, but the service is ridiculously slow. The drive thru is almost always 10 or more cars deep. I use the app to order and my smoothie has never been ready by the time I get there, and I give it plenty of time. This morning, it was in the blender when I got there, but they gave me the wrong one. Luckily I hadn't left the store when I realized this and was able to get the correct one. This store needs to get more efficient. UPDATE: This store has greatly improved! There seems to be more employees, which obviously improves on the quality of service, and my smoothies have been ready and waiting when I walk in. The nice young man behind the counter always greets me by my name. Thank you Management, for taking your customer's concerns seriously and making necessary changes! Keep up the good work!"
