"I don't know why this place gets so much bad reviews. I've never been inside, but I ordered a door bag this morning at 7:30. It was about 45 minutes later. That's good for suffers. I wouldn't expect there to be many drivers. Anyway, I ordered a Cinnamon Rasin Bagel with Nova Lox and Cream Cheese and Egg, Onion and Cheese. (I love the sweet salty taste. I think everything was fresh. My only concern is that it was cold and the bagels are small. I think it's worth the price of 7.99. Fresh bagels are the best! Then I got a blueberry cheese muffin. I haven't tried. The reason I'm set 4 stars because the taste of coffee tastes nothing like salted caramel and it's not sweet at all. While the almond milk type has added, it has not added any whipped cream. So the coffee doesn't taste good. But overall I think the store is worth the 4 stars!"

"Very unfortunate to have eaten hear alone. After bring seated at a booth for two , which I did not request, I placed my order and received coffee. Then I was approached by the owner in a most excited, hostile manner, telling me that I never should have been seated at a booth. That was a mistake. It could get very busy . It was 2 pm and there were several empty tables and booths and no crowd waiting. I asked if he wanted me to leave. No, I was told, but he hoped that I wasn 't planning on having a leisurely meal . He hoped that I would be quick and not take my time . He kept on firing comments at me and did not relent. I almost spit out my coffee. He has no consideration for me as a patron. I was made to feel insignificant and unwanted. I actually felt bad for my server who kept apologizing although his employer did not. I ate quickly and told the owner how I felt before leaving. He saw how upset I was and offered an empty apology with excuses. I said that I hoped he never had anyone speak to him that way or to make him feel small. I left wondering if he had a problem with single people dining, woman, or if he was just a jerk. Possibly all three? Still empty booths when I left. The pancakes just weren 't that good or worth the negative experience."
