"I ordered on Sunday, 25 January 2015 at 17 o'clock on the hungry house website. my partner, my friend and I ordered the threesome pizza deal that came to £17.50, I ordered the vegetarian hot, my partner had a pepperoni plus and. my friend ordered a normal vegetarian pizza. we all have indicated some changes to our taste like a BBQ base on pepperoni, no green paprika on the veg hot etc. we put them all in the special request box. the order was accepted and we received a eta of 18:25, the order finally came at 18:00. we have reviewed all our pizzas and found that the stated changes were not adhered to, there were toppings that were not on their menu on the hungry house website and were thick with fat and warm. the problems that were wrongly surpassed by them were our main concern, so my partner called to complain the restaurant. fiore Rosso employees seem to be helpful first and they seemed to deal with the problem. the personal seemed a little sympathetic and asked us to wait for a call from the restaurant manager as he could call us back in a short time. 15 minutes passed and at this point our eating was colder than ever before and we were all very hungry. my partner called fiore rosso back and asked why they had not called back. they turned around the thema and my partner was forced to explain the situation again to the same employee. he became aggressive and argumentatiw with my partner and said the menu had changed. my partner told him that if that were the case that they had changed the menu on the hungry house website, and that this was of course not our fault and would have asked if we could get replacement pizza. the personal went on to argue with my partner by pointing out that the menu had changed and refused to correct its error. then he's got the phone down on us. I immediately called the customer service of hungry house and spoke to a helpful servant who was disgusted with her behavior towards us. she has canceled and refunded our order immediately. I have been researching and found out that the menu on hungry house is different than on just eat, and the menu on their own website has the same specifications as hungry houses menu. regarding a short menu I think that this restaurant is completely confused and they put their themselves for terrible complaining and possible allergic reactions. they are rude, careless and their product is completely sub par. I recommend you to order another takeaway restaurant, save them disappointment."
