"This is the second time I 've had the same issue with this place. I ordered pepperoni on my large pie and got green pepper instead. I called and told them about the mistake and had to drive back for the replacement. The guy behind the counter gave me attitude when I told him that this was the second time and he said well, here you go and put the replacement on the counter. On top of that, the replacement pie was a small. The food is good, but the customer service is very poor."

"Love this place. Awesome food, their own brand of root beer, and other sodas, real Italian food, in house made everything. They care and it shows in the place, the food, the friendliness of the staff. "Owner is awesome. Food is very good a little expensive but hey it is Chappaqua! Service is really really bad. Unfortunately the owner is too nice to crack some heads. Our waitress could not have been more dissinterested. She looked put out if you asked a question and knew nothing about the food. Should I give her slack because it was a busy Saturday? No way. The wait staff could be seen hanging out in the back while I had to go bar to buy drinks for the table TWICE! Emilio you're a nice guy with good food stick to catering."

"I got one Dacquoise and one Feullantine, both extremely sweet, barely any merengue on the first one and chocolate cake on the second one. Extremely light. Small sizes for almost $6.00 a piece. Not going back. This is not the first time that they disappoint."
