What User likes about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
They tend to wait more on the people at the drive up than they do the people in the restaurant. The burritos are great and the bowls are too, but the add-ons are getting really pricey. $2.60 extra for a little splash of guacamole on my burrito is ridiculous. What User doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
Attention Michael the manager: this is how carnitas are supposed to look like (see picture). Not finely shredded that resembles cat food. It’s even in your handbook what it looks like. So arguing a customer and refusing to give them something different is not a leadership quality. Sad that customers know more than a manager. read more.
