"The food was not tasty.. the server was good… loved the Christmas decor!!! Stairs to downstairs need vacuuming and floor to washroom needed mopping… we noticed when sitting in lobby the front desk clerk sat at desk and never lifted her head for anything for hours!!! Loved the hot cocoa bar in the lobby ver delicious and the preparer was very friendly!!"
