"Cons:- Went to this cafe for coffee this morning (Sunday 10am ish), there were 4 other occupied tables so not even half full. Ordered 2 small children's milkshakes and 2 regular coffees. Milkshakes came out straight away. 15 minutes later the Red head (not the lovely lady who took my order and seemed to be serving all food) is talking on her mobile while a lady is waiting to order. I wait another 5 mins and then wait behind the lady ready to order, red headed Staff member looks around the lady at me, so I then enquire, politely, if our coffee will be long? Her answer! ' I can take this order then make your coffee, or make your coffee and they have to wait'Seriously!!! This is how you talk to customers?? I said no, serve this lady first then walked away. Spoke to my partner and came up to cancel coffee order. She gave me a refund with a 'sorry but we are very busy' Yeah....on your iPhone! Very rude, wrong attitude for hospitality! I should know I ran a bar restaurant in the City for over 10 years. Will not go here again, though I have been before as like to support local business and the coffee is nice."
