"Just returned from a guys ski week and had our final dinner at this restaurant. It is way off the beaten track and we found it through a recommendation from a hotel staff member who is a friend of the restaurant owner. We all agreed that this was one of the best meals we had ever eaten. The restaurant owner suggested the starters, five different small fish items followed by pasta with sea truffles. We then all had the Sea Bass, known also as Spigola, cooked in three different ways depending on our individual tastes.We finished it all off with home made lime sorbet with a ginger sauce followed by a local desert whose name a forget but who's taste I will never forget made with freshly made vanilla ice cream. This was a great experience. Note: You won't find this place walking around the town. You need to drive or take a 10 minute cab ride to get there but it is so worth it."

"We arrived, sat down and we’re carrying a corked bottle of wine leftover from a bottle we bought at our hotel. I placed it on the ground with no intention of drinking it and we were ready to order some wine at the restaurant. The waiter comes over and asks where we’re from, then accuses us of trying to drink the bottle at the restaurant which we had no intention of doing and hadn’t done. We assured him this wasn’t the case and offered to go leave it somewhere else and we were planning on ordering wine and some food. With TONS of unnecessary attitude tells us that this is Italy and they don’t do that here. He goes On and ON. Taking this as a possible miscommunication we proceed to order wine, and he stares at me, judging me for the 1/2 litre of wine I ordered for my fiancé and I. Then he says, “half litre?” I say, yes. And he claims I have to speak slower because “he is Italian”. At this point he was clearly being difficult, his English was perfectly fine, he just didn’t want us there. So I told him we were no longer hungry and we left. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant."
