Grilled Cheese Recipe

First things first, you gotta gather up all your ingredients: some thick slices of bread, a generous amount of butter, slices of your favorite cheese (I like using cheddar or American), and a pinch of salt and pepper for seasoning. Make sure your bread is nice and fresh because that's the key to a good grilled cheese.

Now, you wanna heat up a skillet or a griddle on medium heat. While that's heating up, go ahead and butter one side of each slice of bread. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, on the skillet. Then, layer on your cheese slices and season with a little salt and pepper. Top it off with the other slice of bread, butter side up.
