"A very cozy caffe in a small village with a beautiful outside space as well. when we were close to a shelter, we went over two days to go to the beach to get sandwiches. on the last day we got soy meat sandwich with burdock root and gurke on a crumb bread and a banane nut sandwich on a bagel. on the second day we got an okinawa purple sweet potato croquet sandwich, back on a crimped bread and some vegan coconut cookies. everything was really delicious, and I'm sure if we stayed longer, we would have gone for more!"

"As any of vege traveller, my main concern is can I find a food in this or that place? It was a miracle I found this amazing vegan/macrobiotic shop!! As I was arriving there late but the owner lady prepared for me a very nice vegetarian plate and left it her husband 's Mexican bar, which is also vegetarian friendly and it 's located next to her store."

"Excellent coffee in an incredibly cozy atmosphere. they offer soy and heel milk, and their hot chocolate base is vegan. I could hang out there and relax for hours! the only reason I give it three stars is because none of their food options are vegan, and I really hope they will add some. next time I will visit ishigaki again, and I would be more than happy to update my review if they add vegan food options."

"I found this restaurant on the Internet. I came here without any expectation to have vegan food, because I like the environment here, as the buildings are very traditional and it is near the sea. From my expectation I found that there are vegan labels on the Chinese menu. I tried the bitter melon juice, the green papaya salad and the noodles. The bitter melon juice comes with syrup containing honey, but you could just put it aside and not consume it. Of course, without the syrup, it's a bit bitter. I think it's okay. Salad and noodles are great! The salad is with the sesame sauce. The noodles are with strong aroma and taste of sesame oil. Soooo delicious that I have to come back when I visit Ishigaki again. This place is very crowded. Must have a reservation in advance."

"Great little restaurant. The decor is so cool too! The menu has plenty of vegetarian options. We had the nachos, veggie burrito, quesadilla and some sangria. Everything tasted so fresh and there is an English menu available. The nachos were maybe the highlight, the sauce was really delicious and plentiful. Really recommend, especially as there are limited vegetarian options on the island."

"We stumbled by chance over this little place when we were looking for lunch. it was so good! the pasta was perfectly boiled to al dente and the tomato sauce had tons of sweet in it. extra point: her drachenfruit was vegan! the staff is very friendly and the mood is welcoming. it really reminds them of a place in italia. they also have wifi."
