Nestled into La Matuna, you can't however miss the sombrero under which some of Cartagena's best ceviche is being prepared. Based on the size you order, you get to pick from different seafood options for your ceviche (or cocktail). The simple preparation is refreshing and the seafood was absolutely delicious! Famoso sombrero que inclusive já ganhou o GUINNESS por ter feito o maior coquetel de camarões do mundo. O ceviche fornecido é diferente, possui camarões, limão, molho de tomate e maionese e é bem tradicional, conhecido por muitos cartaginenses. É barato também.
