What Carmen Diaz doesn't like about Arruaz Taperia:
Mediocre food and regular service. Mussels, in cold sauce, without their Conchi, they looked like they were from a can, we returned them and they didn't even ask us. The monkfish hidden between fries to make a bulge. The best: the scallops and the views on the terrace.
