What Jackie Bell doesn't like about Kfc:
Used the coupon for the $25 12 meal bucket an still got charged $45. Got home an had to go back for my Cole slaw an biscuits they forgot. Something had to be wrong with the chicken cause we all got food poisoning. They always forget something an they need better staff. Won't be going back. View all feedback.
I live almost 25 minutes away so unfortunately I didn't checky bag getting it from the drive thru but when I got home no 2 extra gravies that I paid for and my chicken livers were barely even crunchy more like soggy greasy. I've tried calling the store over and over for the past hour and half and no one will pick up the phone. I will be going back tomorrow but only to get credited for what I didn't get and I won't be going back. They did the same thing to my husband about a month ago and he kept telling me you aren't gonna get nobody on that phone well he was right! That place is doomed now that Bojangles is in town! Order not correct. Sweet tea instead of unseat. Sauces incorrect.Dietary restrictions: Asked for unsweet tea cause diabetic got sweet.
