Passing through Elma we were going to stop at BK just because it 's right off the freeway until Smittys popped up on my map. The wait was a little longer than we would have liked just because we wanted to keep going on our drive, but it 's well worth the wait. The food was phenomenal! Food is okay, but the staff is awful. Young girl with long black hair took our order, completely forget the last burger even after okaying everything. Had to reorder that burger and when it came out, it wasn't even right. Ordered a double, not a single, but at the time we were all too frustrated to have it fixed. Took an absurd amount of time. Great little drive through. It's been there forever. Burgers are great and the fries are the best! I used to always stop here on the way to the ocean before I moved out here. Be aware service can be slow, especially when busy. Everything is made fresh and it's usually only 2 or 3 people working as it's a tiny place. The food is really good. Fairly decent prices. In the customer service is better than other places. The only bad thing I have to say is one time I ordered a strawberry milk shake and it didn't even taste like a strawberry milk shake also i ordered 4 cheeseburgers and i wanted 2 deluxe and 2 with no onion no tomato. They all were just meat cheese and bun but I got charged for deluxe. Besides all that I love this place .
