"Lunch with my dear friend. Izzy was so sweet and helped with special dietary restrictions. We both had the fish. Delicious. I do not care what you order from Gallager’s everything on the menu is delicious. They by far have the most amazing staff. Outgoing and friendly. The hostess was super sweet and helpful. My friend has a broken foot and she was more then helpful getting her in and seated. We were so appreciated for all the help today making lunch special"

"We come for brunch a few times per year. When it’s peak summer like now the only place to sit is indoors! It was comfortable and cool inside. We had the fried boudin appetizer and it was delicious though 3 pieces it is quite rich so I’d recommend sharing. I had the ranch water and love the way they make it here (simple but refreshing, good lime flavor). The tomato panzanella small plate is a good portion and tasty. My husband likes the 2 egg breakfast with grits and bacon. The service was friendly and attentive."

"Great outside restaurant. The back has two large fish ponds that the kids loved to look at. I had French toast. It's different than normal bread French toast. It's made on French bread. Still very delicious and would get again! Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"It always surprises me that you can just go over any Mexican restaurant and have the same food, cooked by the same food distributor, in the same way and get the same outrage. If you are looking for your regular Mexican fix, do not worry about this place. Well, if you're looking for new experiences and what I call Latino Soul Food, then Empa Taco is your place!! You don't get used chips and salsa, Jumbo Burritos or even nachos. What they have is all FRESH, from scratch dishes found in every respectable home in Latin America. From the tortillas to the Salsas, everything is made in the kitchen. A few pork arepas, a guava and cream cheese for dessert, and some horchata to wash it all down....yum! I think I have to stay home now!"

"We stopped here for brunch on our scenic drive across the causeway from New Orleans. We?re so glad we did! The restaurant was super bright and cheerful and all the servers were great. I had the Bananas Foster Waffle with a side of bacon. My husband had a stack of regular Pancakes and a double order of Biscuits and Gravy. My waffle was amazing. It came out hot and the sauce was tasty and sweet. Highly recommend for those with a sweet tooth. The bacon was okay. It was softer than my personal preference, but the taste was pretty good anyway. The pancakes and B&G were both bigger than my husband was expecting. He said that they were probably up near the best pancakes he?s ever had. The server was amazing. He was just getting done saying to me that he wished he had more syrup, when the server showed up with more. The biscuits and gravy were very tasty too. He didn?t need to add any additional salt and pepper like he normally does. The one negative/disappointment was the orange juice. It was on the spendy side and just tasted like regular, run of the mill OJ. We expected a bit more for the price."
