"I turned 40 this year and tried tres ninos for the first time. This is the best Mexican food I have ever had from a restaurant. The moment you walk in the door, you can smell how delicious the food is. The small, but open atmosphere allows you to see that the place is clean. Family friendly atmosphere. "The food was excellent, but what made our dining experience was the staff. Through a miscommunication, we had a wait and they could not apologize enough. We weren't upset at all, but they went above and beyond. Excellent service. You could see that theywere giving all customers excellent service. We sat outside in the evening and with the sound of the brook behind us, it waswonderful. We can't wait to go back."

"Pretty good overall. It has a certain charm but the meat sauce has changed. The service is always quick and friendly and the prices are fair. I wish they accepted credit cards though. It is tough as I travel for work and don't have a ton of cash on me."

"We went up to the window to get ice. there were many employees in the kitchen, but they were all very slow, even to confirm our existential. two employees looked at me right, said nothing and kept on with their tasks. when we were finally served, the money was not very warm at all. I understand that they are busy, but if a hired person looks at them, they could at least acknowledge that they are there and say hello or welcome, maybe let the customers know they will be with them in a minute? it seems the customer service is a reflection with this restaurant. high prices for moderate icy, coupled with bad customer service. a winning combi! will not go back. for what it is worth, this is the second time in two different friendly 's places I had really bad customer service experiences. I'm not a karen. had not harassed anyone on the theke about the experience, ordered my ice, observed and noticed the lack of Luster experience."

What could have been a good idea (local facility) while Pittsfield Restaurant Week was a embarrassing parody of a neighborhood square with a fun vibe. Pittsfield already struggles with many tourist and hospitality economic conditions a restaurant week 'special', which is the same price as the offer on a printed menu leaves a 's head scratch. About 10 years ago there were offers that reflected the heat 20.23 dinner someone? More importantly, the additional public should show the synergies and the speciality of a local culture Pittsfield, and their visitors deserve more than this low energy experience."
