We spent a day in Las Americas while on holiday at the Bahia Principe costa adeje. Round about lunchtime after being accosted by numerous touts for their establishments we happened by chance on the Roast Inn.What luck!!! the young lady in charge was friendly, chatty and very efficient and when we saw that they were serving Cod and Chips there really was no other choice.The large portion of fish was wonderfully white...
