They all have in depth knowledge on coffee, beans and how to make the perfect brew. "We had the best time at Victor's Place, staff were attentive, explained the menu in detail and the food was to die for. Our personal favourite dish was the charcoal grilled ox tongue skewers they were so tender, just melt in your mouth delicious and the shishito peppers were the perfect compliment to those flavours (very mild level of spice so good for all diners) and well worth the additional cost.
