Went for lunch yesterday, consumed ossi bucco and puree, the inedible osso buco was hard and not cooked, the puree was good, the ossi buco had to be cooked for at least another 30 minutes. Went again today, white rice and cuttlefish. Hard rice not cooked, the cuttlefish with a side dish of peas were not cooked, hard inedible, tasteless, they looked like plastic.
