"Overall very disappointing. we had the breakfast buffet. it was a fairly limited spread and most of the food on the buffet was stale. the avocado toast looked great, but it lacked taste. the pancakes were dense and tasted cake. the cappuccino was very milky and the tee was lukewarm. the two who were decent were the service and the eier benedikt."

"The alexandros is a beautiful place that lies directly on the busy mönckebergstraße in hamburg's city center and is perfect for a small break during your shopping, sightseeing or working day! the restaurant offers a business lunch per day (you can check the menu online or by phone)....We were there for an afternoon tea. the place is so beautiful and comfortable they want to stay all day, it feels like it would be in a living room from a long way period. the small restaurant has only one room with a handful of tables. it is decorated with lots of love to detail from its owner, alexandros. he alone is worth the visit: born to be hostess, always beautiful and welcoming, they immediately feel comfortable. you could say that he loves historical tea sets (china, silver, they call it, it is there), as eating is served on this beautiful table. we had afternoon tee with port (sandwiches, scones, cookies, tee and of course a glass port that was left the bottle on our table for refilling. the restaurant was earlier a bookstore and some furniture and beautiful things were held by the owner. so they can read books or check historical toys etc. there is also a regal to buy with things: Greek olive oil, tee, sweets etc. since alexandros seems to know all his guests, at some point we have all spoken together and had a nice time. prices are not cheap, but reasonable, eating is freshly prepared, the atmosphere is simply beautiful. we will return very soon!"

"The bianc is manageable, about 14 tables cozy and set in a kitchen with a view direction. visually everything was like a small art performance, very exciting. the service was really very attentive and the wine was led was class (roll wine,) despite the many walks exactly what for drink-resistant. tasteful and eating, it was for my partner and me too much different and the walks too wild. we like to eat and cook with heart. this is locally simple to be chosen for the same confused so that our stomachs after eating are satisfied negatiw complaining that the walk menu lasted hours and our sitting meat was served on stubborn (4-5th,) despite note that the menu is not served faster because eating is expensive, we did not want to finish it prematurely. also often cooks freshly and not precooked for hours and days until served. the kitchen itself acts very sterile and not more practical and visually according to their feed (chemical laboratory like). tastefully there were some tasty, but not all of course not every taste of this menu would be more affordable also matched to each other and less courses would be worth another visit accordingly it remains on a one-time visit and only a one-time recommendation. more than 600€ plus tipp for 2 people is a proud price."

"Very tasty and especially regional food. Very recommended for a nice evening. However, you do not sit comfortably on the long bench (even though extra pillows are added). Still, it's a great restaurant. Come back!"

"We were on December 28 to the middle year menu in the vegan eagle. the menu consisted of five sensational cures, all of which were very exceptionally prepared. the vegan eagle convinces with a varied, vegan cuisine and lets my vegan heart beat again and again. in my eyes it is the best vegan restaurant in hamburg."

"We were somewhat skeptical whether the restaurant can fulfill the expectations that we had also due to media reports. in particular herr mising was not especially sympathetic and congruent;-)But for the happiness we were taught a better one.We were a fantastic menu crippled by a very professional and nice service team. the chef was close, very sympathetic and very humorous. thanks for this great evening, we are happy to come back!"

"I have just had one of the best meals I have ever had! At Haerlin the cooking and imagination of dishes was impeccable, from amuse bouche to petit fours truly superb. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend Haerlin highly enough."
