Arrived for lunch. All lights were turned off and (what appeared to be) a staff meeting was taking place in the only lit area. We were forced to take a table close to the meeting (which lasted throughout our 1.5 hour meal). Nobody asked us if we wanted a drink. We had to signal to the “waitress” to order and to get our bill. Throughout our meal, a male employee at the “meeting”, sucked on a hookah or large water pipe... View all feedback.
