Updated review: A bit disorganized still but the quality of the coffee drinks have improved since our previous visit. Its not easy to find a table, and some of them are quite wobbly, but the location inside a Barnes and nobles cant be beat View all feedback.

Never any staff at the check outs. Multiple times I've had to drop my selections and leave because the staff is too busy dallying about the store. No one is stocking anything- carts full of books just hanging out. What a joke. Just buy your books off of Amazon. You'll receive them faster that way. View all feedback.

read moreI like the Barnes Noble at Colonie Center. There is enough room to maneuver between the aisles. The staff are helpful. The store is generally clean.
