Big shout out to Jay and Lay. They both had a lot of patience while I was using the app for the first time. Jay took the time on her break to help me to navigate the app. Everyone was welcoming and kind. The new store is clean and all the tech is up to date. They still have some finishing touches because everything has been rebuilt, but that was not a problem for me today. They are still waiting for their latte machi... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
very rude staff. told us the lobby was closed although the door was open and it was 17 o'clock. I just served because I had already ordered kiosk. when I said I didn't have a car, a hired man was heard saying he was going through the drive. parking: no parking spaces. View all feedback.
Best 24 hour location in the capital region. McDonald's if you're reading this, give Douglas a raise or hire an extra body for the guy. Douglas is the most patient/professional man I've ever met that had to deal with 11 cars at once. Food still comes out quick and I've seen him do this numerous occasions.
Sometimes service is hit or miss, but lately the staff in drive-thru seems pretty friendly. Nice changes happening. Hope it stays that way. We were pretty surprised at the huge price changes of frapes but prices pretty much everywhere are changing so thats to be expected.
Employee she was an older women with glasses African American I wish I got her name was very informative she let me know sausage McMuffin s were bogo I told her I was using the app to use the 1 dollar for any breakfast sandwich she said oh that's even better she greeted me and was very polite good experience
Michele leysha are the best they don't argue with you they are perfect I think I made a new friend well new friends so come to this McDonald's it's the best and I mean it I'm going to come here every time I want to go to McDonald's even though I'm eight or I mean 9 I'm giving people shout out two Michele and leysha
I don't think there's a micky d with stiff employees. gets her order twice wrong and gives them attitude.
