Their food is average if not slightly above average as far as fast hibachi food goes. What keeps me coming back is the wonderful employees and service. They kept apologizing profusely for my meal being a little late and I could see all of them struggling to make it asap. Keep up the good work guys and keep making excellent food! View all feedback.

This place is great not only do they make the stuff in front of you. It's fresh and the fried gyoza is the BEST I HAVE EVER HAD AND ITS SO FLUFFY AND CRISPY

"Amazing place! First time to the Crossgates location. Salad bar was top notch, cold, fresh and clean. The selection and temperature of meat was spot on. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and polite (just a little soft spoken)! Coffee was hot and fresh. We decided against dessert this time but they looked delicious. We have told several friends already and will definitely be back."
