"Came here with my partner today. This place has got really good value for money and friendly service. <br/ <br/ Shared the Agedashi Tofu which was great. Nice balanced broth. Followed with Sashimi Don and Kaisen Don which had some of the freshest raw fish. <br/ <br/ I would say they certainly under charge by 25% for the food. Thank you for an amazing food experience. We will be back for sure!"

"Service and the ambiance of Vaquero was good however the dinner was truly disappointing. From placing our order to food being placed on the table was less than five minutes. It would have been impossible to cook and rest the steak in that time so had to be a reheat. And this was bourne out by it being very dry and as tough as an old boot, and not very hot. Most disappointing was that we mentioned this to the waitress and got little acknowledgment or apology. For a steak costing $45, simply unacceptable. We will not be back."

"Five of us had lunch here on Friday and we all enjoyed each other very much. as a midday on a weekday there were only a few other tables occupied and the noise level was bearable. our table divided 4 entrees be the pide, chickpea . corn brot, dip duo haloumi – all fabulous only the chickpea corn brot was a little dry. we then had each net – 3 of us chose the steak and the other 2 selected chicken shish grilled chicken. my well-made steak was perfect and we all agreed that our main thing was in front of us. the young man who served our table was friendly, patient and efficient. You can sit inside or outside, but in winter we sat inside when it was huge. we bought 4 bottles of red wine to share. we would return to lunch."
