"Food is great, but customer service is not satisfactory from some of the employees. We go frequently, and constantly need to remind employees to change gloves after touching check register. Sandwiches would taste better if mayonnaise was spread evenly on the bread. Drinks should be available so that the employees should not be bothered with having to get one from behind the counter"

"My husband enjoyed his spaghetti and meatballs with meat sauce. The marinara is beyond delicious and the meatballs were juicy and loaded with flavor. Unfortunately I ordered carbonara with grilled chicken and didn't have any chicken with my carbonara. They charged me for the chicken and left it off. The fried cheese and ravioli on the combo platter was greasy and tasteless the mushrooms and zucchini were delicious. The garlic cheese bread was so good, very garlicky. I ordered a Caesar salad and I couldn't eat it, very little salad and they had put it in the same bag as the pasta so it was all wilted and the croutons were soggy. Not very appetizing!!!"

"Been here a few times but I went twice this week and was disappointed. The first day this week I got charged duplicate tips on my credit card statement. Few days later I went again. Had two beers, asked for the check and I was charged 4 beers. It wasn’t the same bartender either. I questioned it and got it fixed then I also questioned my previous double tip charge from a few days ago and they said they could not help. I showed them my credit card statement and instead of offering maybe an adjustment for it on my current bill they said I had to call or text a manager that was not even there. No thank you, I disputed it with my credit card and its fixed. CHECK YOUR CC STATEMENTS AND CHECKS BEFORE SIGNING. Errors on two visits in a row? Thats not right. This last time I sat in a different place at the bar and whats going on with the glass washing station? DIRTY AND MOLDY, also the mat where they put the clean glasses to dry was pretty bad. This is literally stainless steel and should be cleaned spotless every day. Even the back splash was nasty. Not sure ill be returning to this location"
