What Snow White likes about Cantina Nueva:
Great variety of margaritas and yummy desserts. Chicken was a little salty but the mole sauce was spot on. You can also catch a beautiful sunset if you go at the right time. View all feedback.

What DavidS doesn't like about Cantina Nueva:
I do not recommend Cantina Nueva. 1) The ambient noise level was far too high. There is no sound deadening. 2) Every time the outside door opened a rush of cold air entered the dining area. 3) Late in the afternoon the sun entered the dining area directly into my eyes and was too bright. As reported before to Open Table I arrived at restaurant at time of our reservation. A sign on restaurant door said 'Ceased Operations '.

"Food is great, but customer service is not satisfactory from some of the employees. We go frequently, and constantly need to remind employees to change gloves after touching check register. Sandwiches would taste better if mayonnaise was spread evenly on the bread. Drinks should be available so that the employees should not be bothered with having to get one from behind the counter"

"My husband enjoyed his spaghetti and meatballs with meat sauce. The marinara is beyond delicious and the meatballs were juicy and loaded with flavor. Unfortunately I ordered carbonara with grilled chicken and didn't have any chicken with my carbonara. They charged me for the chicken and left it off. The fried cheese and ravioli on the combo platter was greasy and tasteless the mushrooms and zucchini were delicious. The garlic cheese bread was so good, very garlicky. I ordered a Caesar salad and I couldn't eat it, very little salad and they had put it in the same bag as the pasta so it was all wilted and the croutons were soggy. Not very appetizing!!!"

"The food was awesome. I had the special which was halibut.. whole plate was yummy. I like good wine and the list is interesting and well . Every one else enjoyed the meal. My only complaint is the nose level slightly hard to hear with a table of four. Turn down music or give more padding on walls."

"So let me start by saying that I didn't initially think this restaurant had ANY vegan options. Your regular menu does not make this place vegan friendly at all. After calling the restaurant, I was happy to learn their regular pizza crust vegan, and they also offer vegan cheese and vegan sausage. Your online order for collection/delivery is much more friendly for ordering with vegan substitutions. You need to choose a non-vegan pizza option, and change it to be vegan. The menu could be improved for people with nutritional restrictions, but hey I'm just excited to know from another place in the city with vegan food that has no terrible business hours.
