"Food is great, but customer service is not satisfactory from some of the employees. We go frequently, and constantly need to remind employees to change gloves after touching check register. Sandwiches would taste better if mayonnaise was spread evenly on the bread. Drinks should be available so that the employees should not be bothered with having to get one from behind the counter"

"My husband enjoyed his spaghetti and meatballs with meat sauce. The marinara is beyond delicious and the meatballs were juicy and loaded with flavor. Unfortunately I ordered carbonara with grilled chicken and didn't have any chicken with my carbonara. They charged me for the chicken and left it off. The fried cheese and ravioli on the combo platter was greasy and tasteless the mushrooms and zucchini were delicious. The garlic cheese bread was so good, very garlicky. I ordered a Caesar salad and I couldn't eat it, very little salad and they had put it in the same bag as the pasta so it was all wilted and the croutons were soggy. Not very appetizing!!!"

"So let me start by saying that I didn't initially think this restaurant had ANY vegan options. Your regular menu does not make this place vegan friendly at all. After calling the restaurant, I was happy to learn their regular pizza crust vegan, and they also offer vegan cheese and vegan sausage. Your online order for collection/delivery is much more friendly for ordering with vegan substitutions. You need to choose a non-vegan pizza option, and change it to be vegan. The menu could be improved for people with nutritional restrictions, but hey I'm just excited to know from another place in the city with vegan food that has no terrible business hours. "What a great place with a fantastic atmosphere. Tom Petty on the radio, a little adobe decor with a lovely atmosphere. This is my first visit, I was greeted at the door and my order was prepared in time, although it is quite busy. Many seats too. Best cappuccino I had. Thanks Satelite Café!"

"Food was across the board mediocre. Sweet and sour pork had a very sweet, syrupy sauce that got buried under a ton of rice. The chow main was okay, on the dry and lackluster side. The drinks were artificially sweet but probably my favorite part of themeal. Pricy for the quality of food, we probably won't be ordering again."

"It was amazing. The food was so fresh and prepared beautifully. Definitely an absolute favorite and a must try. The server is extremely kind. I was kinda shocked how fast everything came out considering we had ordered numerous large items. Also not to expensive."

"Everything here is great. What's not to love? Sub sandwiches are awesome but so is the pizza, so are the salads. I especially love the crunchy spinach salad. Can't go too wrong here."
