What User doesn't like about Mad Mex:
I had a horrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered something with vegan cheese and the server offered vegan sour cream, which I accepted. However, I later found out that neither were actually vegan. The manager only gave me a refund for one of the items I ordered. They need to better educate their staff. View all feedback. I ordered a regular burrito, which turned out to be quite large. The staff were well-informed and even provided vegan cheese and sour cream. While $16.90 felt a bit steep, it was worth it due to the generous portion size, delicious taste, quick service, and overall convenience. View all feedback.
