I was so excited to see a vegan place in the old town and elizabeth’s counter has not disappointed! I grew up here 15 years ago and appeared despite so many new restaurants, etc., I never saw vegan supplements when I would come back to visit. I stayed here a few times on a last trip and tried their donuts, apple fritter, breakfast burrito, quiche and coffee. so many vegan donuts are meh, so I try to fulfill my expect... coffee was watery and overly sweet. (I have iced lavender latte and my friend got the cold brew) tofu burrito was good, a small bland. asked for hot sauce that was mad and made it worse. pretzel donut tasted old, stale and overpriced for what it was worth. good vibes, overpriced eating with half quality. probably not coming back.
