What Otis otis doesn't like about Rosie Jo's Crawfish:
Local food joint… We got there a little bit after lunch and it seem to happen cleaning up… The food that we had was at room temperature was not happy about that… I also found the sauces, very salty… But the customer service was OK… And the prices were very competitive, but is not a place to return to read more.

"What an awesome find. We're from San Antonio and have thus far been really disappointed with the Mexican food in Alexandria. It's not that it was all bad, just not what we were looking for. A taqueria with Jalisco style tacos. Barbacoa, Lengua, Tripas, Asada, homemade tortillas and Aguas Frescas, great chips salsa. We tried it all and it was all fantastic! Such attention to detail, made fresh to order, great service. The guy that helped me was awesome and really kind. He brought me chips and salsa even though I was ordering to go. They have a dog friendly patio and he even offered to bring water for my dog. I sat there eating chips and salsa with one of the best horchatas I have ever had. The tacos were great, the salsa was great. We will be back often. Not sure if they do breakfast but I hope so. I miss the breakfast tacos and huevos rancheros in San Antonio. Thanks to Caro's, we now have a new favorite restaurant in Alexandria. Gracias!"

"3.2.22 Came for the first time around 5:40 P.M. The waiting time was 20 mins. no big deal at all. There was a guy out that was talking to a lot of the patrons outside he sounds like Luke Bryan. I am not sure if he runs the place, but he seemed hospitable to all. Lol! I enjoyed the bisque and fried catfish. I will be back to try the boiled crawfish and gumbo! The was a bit salty and tough to chew. I won't get the shrimp again. Great Staff friendly and fun folks. Beautiful interior and table decorum."
