"We visited the cafe when we were staying in the area. It was one of the nicest I have ever been to. The food was perfect and even though Wirksworth is a small town where everyone else in the cafe seemed to know each other, we were made so welcome by the owner. On our second visit we were greeted like old friends. I couldn't recommend this place enough."

"Myself and my partner tried Katherine’s for the first time this Mother’s Day as a treat for our mums and they were certainly not disappointed!! They both absolutely loved every detail of the biscuits we ordered I’m sure they didn’t wait around to eat them All the girls at Katherine’s were very friendly and welcoming, pre ordering was a breeze! "Had an amazing Sunday roast here! The lamb was delicious. Super big portions, couldn’t eat it all but could not fault any of it. Also the halloumi and watermelon to start was surprisingly really tasty, and so was the jackfruit (spicy small and cosy restaurant with very friendly staff : Definitely going to come back for another meal! 100% would recommend."
