What User likes about Dunkin':
The evenings are bad because they close the inside and have to order from drive thru and they usually have one person working at that time. Takes longer to get things prepared. Managers need to hire more people to help out. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
So, asked for 2 coffees and 1 tea. Came back to pass out to everyone and they gave us 3 coffees...no tea. Coffees made way too sweet.So, none of us are getting caffeine.We are always careful when we order to be clear on what is wanted. This time, the guy on drive-thru was yawning and said he got the details. I think someone had a very late night. Now, off to go find a coffeeshop somewhere else. View all feedback.
Worst drinks ever. Bad attitudes and terrible customer service. Avocado toast was decent, at least I felt the effort by who ever tried
This Dunkin has the worst customer service I have ever experienced there are 3 workers that take a whole 20 minutes to make 1 drink !!!!!!
