What User doesn't like about The Melting Pot:
New Year’s Eve we had reservations for 8pm only to be greeted by a host in a white T-shirt telling us it wasn’t going to happen because of all the other reservations being delayed. A bit more empathy would have been appropriate here as our cards were charged $10 a head to be sure we were there on time. When a reservation is made it should be honored especially on an extremely time sensitive night like New Year’s Eve. View all feedback.
This was our first melting pot experience. Loved the whole meal! Very timely and comfortable. Our waiter, Phil, was amazing! Such a nice guy and made great conversation. Will definitely be back!
Delicious! Fun! Very nice and friendly staff. They even surprised us with a complimentary anniversary dessert plate!
Everyone was super nice. Our waiter Jake explained everything since it was our first time there. Definitely worth every penny. Loved the experience. It doesn't look like alot of food but you won't leave there hungry.
The 4 course meal is simply the best. You get a great experience and the ending dessert is just the best part. Chocolate fondue!! Ying and yang is my favorite.
A great experience. Took my friend Sandy. Our waitress Lauren was fantastic. Great smiles, knowledgeable, friendly and gave us good suggestions. She kept checking back to see if we were ok. The owner Jenn was very personable, caring and made us feel like family. The food and drinks were outstanding. I give it a 10+. Can't wait to go back. Lots of specials and new menu coming up.
