What User doesn't like about Tia Be:
There are two restaurants with the same name and the owner is the same. My review is related to the one next EN10 in front of HPA, the other one is in the middle of the old neighbourhood. I've heard that the african dishes are good, but I did´nt ordered them. The meat dishes are ok, but the fish served is always frozen and they are very dry with no taste. Cachupa divina e também muamba muito boa. Os pratos são MUITO abundantes. A dona é super simpática e prestativa. O lugar é muito informal.
