"A reservation with special requests (special table at a specific place) was promptly confirmed by email. Even a change in the time in the meantime was handled promptly and professionally. All with great kindness. Even when we arrived 2 hours earlier than planned, this wasn't a problem and we got the table we wanted straight away. The ordering and service was prompt and quick, he was extremely friendly and his fun personality put us in a good mood and made us feel welcome.
