"A classic. Truly a grand hotel, an aging beauty. It is very close to wonderful shopping, and front facing rooms overlook the lovely lake. The public rooms are beauriful, the service very good, as one would expect. The fitness center is excellent too. My room...was very well furnished. A great place to stay in Hamburg."

"This place is just amazing! Very very good price/performance. Ei-Avocado Brot is a must to try for breakfast. Staff is also very welcoming and friendly. Definitely added into the list of our best breakfast cafes in Hamburg!"
