"Used to visit quite a lot or pick up a sandwich for work but find the tablebooking system a little off putting. After all this is a tearoom and wouldn't expect to need to book a table for a coffee and cake. Food is always...good quality but staff can be a bit condescending as if they are doing you a favour which at the prices (which are on the expensive side) I would apprepciate a better more friendly customer service"
