a sweet and cozy coffee shop with some amazing vegetarian dresses perfect for a caffeine boost or a post spa lunch! I have to warn her to visit only.
chester’s has been adapting to personal shortages since our visit last year, but according to my opinion they have kept the good witness. all the baked goods.
large vegan kitchen. excellent espresso with vegan milk (oat)! the best espresso we had since we left collogne and smalls in bath! beautiful terrace on.

"4.5. we loved our experience at kysty, eating, service and atmosphere all beautiful, the 3-course set lunch was very good value, and very tasteful, wein to starter and porn very nice, maybe a touch price for some who said we would pay happy again. we have booked in advance and email and phone call to confirm the booking"

"Absolutely delightful place! The food was delicious, we had nachos (huge portion), meat skewers, gambas, calamari, quesadillas and lamb burgers. All of it was amazing, each dish as good as the next, excellent portion sizes and very reasonably priced. We had a lovely waiter, a...young lad, who was very attentive and friendly. Next time we're in Kendal, we'll be back! Thank you!"

"Bought pies, salads, porridge and chocolate to take back to rental cottage. Absolutely wonderful food actually nicer than the eye watering costly meal we'd had out in Grasmere the day before and for a fraction of the price. Pies were Lancashire cheese and onion and the Dhal Gobi. Delicious. The owners were lovely too even though my attempts at the self serve bit were poor. And the chocolate selection wow. You will definitely turn your nose up at the overpriced, sugar laden stuff sold elsewhere in Ambleside after eating the brands they stock. Not cheap but actually worth every penny. You get what you pay for and this place stocks healthy,tasty fuel not calorific rubbish."

"This review is strictly on the afternoon tea experience only. The food was absolutely wonderful, the lady who served food and the male staff (presumed the owner) were both very kind and friendly. I felt that the afternoon tea was an absolute treat since there was nothing to fault with, that was only until it was ruined by the rude woman who was driving past in black 4x4 (presumed female host). After we finished the afternoon tea, I decided to let my dog out from our car to let him stretch his legs before we set off, the rude woman mentioned above asked me if I was looking for a public footpath so I answered no. She then started to lecture me about the ‘no dog policy’ in the property as well as pointing a direction to the public footpath I did not ask. She drove further towards the car park and parked there, got out of her, and started to tell me off in the most rude way possible again. I explained that we just had an afternoon tea here and we’re about to leave. She then turned around started to take stuff out of her boot mumbling loud “stupid..blah blah” in the angry tone, which by the way was clear for me to hear even though I was at least a few feet away from her. I was so bewildered and frustrated at how this perfectly lovely experience went down the hill like this si quickly. Hence I took two stars off even though I did enjoy the food here. Whoever that woman was, please make sure that they cannot behave that way to a guest."

"The menu is great, many gluten-free options, in-fact it looked like the majority of dishes were gluten-free, also the deserts, they had the most amazing brownies I ever had, and they were gluten-free as standard, other dishes that you normally expect to gluten in-fact GF as standard. The staff seemed knowledgeable, you had no flags etc. But when they brought the dishes out, they said what was gluten-free. The food here is amazing, by the way. Really high-quality food. I'm very sensitive to gluten and I would have known if I had something. But it was absolutely good. I did not ask about kitchen practices, but I felt that they knew what they were doing when I go back, I will ask some more questions."

"Very welcoming on a cold wet day. Spacious and warm. Good choice of food, warm tasty soup, sandwiches very nice, warm tasty hot chocolate. Staff friendly. Well worth a visit."
