"I love the atmosphere and the food, but the service was definitely lacking. This was our first time here, and as a customer service worker myself, I was disappointed when we got to the counter. The girl didn't even greet us or try to help us out. In fact, the only nice words we got were thank you and a smile, and I think it was by the owner or manager. We plan on bringing our kids next time, and hopefully, it will be different, and I can change my rating. "A great place in Campustown Ames. Fantastic atmosphere with college hats and alumni of all ages. The food was great. Bauru, Argentina empanadas with chimichurri. Good selection of designs and drinks. Also great music and sports games."

"Go ahead and stop in. We almost missed it driving by, even with gps directions. Choosing out of hundreds of nearby restaurants during ISU move in day, we chose this and I’m glad we did. It’s a little pricey but the quality is great. Their wine list included some great choices. They do have small plates but that equals room for dessert so after we both had the gnocchi, we ordered a tiramisu. The tiramisu is one of the best I’ve had and is clearly made in house.
