"Freddie's has always served us great tasting and great looking food. Have rarely ever received a wait time over 25 minutes I place fairly large orders). They also host quite a lot of different menu items, including the classic chicken fingers and fries for the picky eater. Tonight I'm enjoying a chicken poutine from Freddie's and it's one of the best I've had! Highly recommend Freddie's Pizza Amherst."

"Had been there once before for lunch and it was a great experience. Went last night with our daughter and 16 year old granddaughter and it was unpleasant. The server never asked us if we wanted drinks; just took our order. I asked for a glass of wine with my order, thinking it would prompt her to ask the others if they wanted a beverage. About 20 minutes after ordering, server came along and said that they were working on our meals. About 15 minutes later she came back apologizing for the delay and offered to bring more bread; but again never asked if we wanted beverages. Note this is also a bar! Food finally arrived about an hour after ordering. Food was good but did not make up for poor service.August 30, 2023"

"Wendy was a perfect host and server! I expect what I need and win it right away. I feel well taken care of here. The restaurant and the toilets are clean and sanitary. I love that they have one of these chairs care policy and also donate local welfare!"
