I lived in Japan for 9 years, this is the most delicious, authentic Japanese cuisine in the city! Had the pork catsudon and tried the chicken catsudon and the very interesting and tasty blue rice (not something I had previously seen in Japan but very tasty). I was really excited to try this place out, because I absolutely love ramen. I went with the 3. Miso Ramen, because thats a usually a pretty safe go to while trying somewhere new to you. Unfortunately it really lacked flavor, and there was 2 pretty gristly chunks of pork in it, and mostly a ton of just cabbage.
