"The staff seemed deadened and listless. The food was actually well cooked. We were served moldy grated cheese with the pasta. An absolute NoGo. This doesn't really build confidence in the cuisine at Spun. We would have expected a corresponding reaction from the staff or management. But it came only a lukewarm sorry. So we can not recommend the Spun Restaurant."

"After a long drive I enquired after a room. The reception chap (middle aged, sad, dark hair) tried his best to be condescending whilst telling me only a suite was available and told me the price. I did not ask the price. He then suggested I try the cheap hotel across the road. If I am going to spend over Euro1000 for a suite I expect the receptionist to be polite. And so, I walked across the road to HOTEL BADUS. It was great comfortable, clean, and friendly! I felt a little sorry for the Chedi reception guy: he seemed to be struggling). Response to Owner 's response: Mr Arnold, this did not happen in the last week and I doubt your employee would have recorded it (and probably others). HE IS DAMAGING YOUR BUSINESS."
