pleasant setting, nice welcome and excellent meat. the accompaniments (summs of granaille lands, jams, small dice of mushrooms with garlic) were perfect. we went to 3 because the comments were overall good. a tender, but very fat, 150 g rib and a hotel master butter served next to the meat so impossible to melt it. the dice-cut potatoes had to cook in a clean oil bath because very indigestes and the taste not top. the dessert I chose to know vanilla lost bread was excellent and original.
