"If you thought vegan food was all dust and husks, try this place. Really satisfying and flavourful dishes available we had the daal and the three bean chilli. Importantly, the cakes were absolutely delicious and the tea made with leaves (not bags). And, best of all, we were served the very cheery and helpful owner. Oh, and the toilet was clean! A great placed to get fuelled up for a walk along the cliffs."

"We had an absolutely time at the Selkie and the food was very affordable. The staff were incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The only issue that we encountered is that we were reassured they had a wheelchair accessible toilet which was not true (unless we missed a separate toilet). The toilet has handrails but unfortunately it is impossible to get a wheelchair (even a small one) into the toilet and close the door. Luckily my friend is able to transfer safely but she did feel a wee bit embarrassed it did not allow her to be independent. I would suggest that you change the information to make it clear that wheelchairs are not able to access the bathroom or change the door so that it opens outwards into the restaurant. Otherwise we really did have an absolutely lovely time, but this could have been make or break for any other wheelchair user."
