We were one of their first customers and watched as the business grew and staff forgot how to treat customers in nice polite way, told by owner that she is there not there to impress customers. With that attitude is no wonder we feel it has lost its way. You expect a Coffee House to have trained barista, but they serve the worst coffees in Arbroath (I’ve tried them all).
