We just moved to the area and we didn’t know that the places around here are closed on Christmas Day, as in Toronto most restaurants are open. So we placed an order on the website, paid for it and went to pick it up, only to realize the place was closed. Needless to say we were really upset and disappointed. Food was good, service needs work.There was a large order ahead of me and I waited patiently, however what I don 't like is when it was my turn you left to write down whatever you wrote down on like 4, 5 sub bags because you seen some lady coming I get she might be a regular but I was there first and I was waiting patiently.I arrived at 645pm for take out and didn 't leave until 715pm.Do not prioritize your customers...
