"We have been referring folks that visit our Historical site to this place, near the Bay of Fundy, not too far from Annapolis Royal, so we just needed to come and try it for our self. This place is a MUST, if you like sea food. The seafood platter is excellent. It has Haddock, that you can order 4 or 5 different ways. The scallops were freaking amazing and the clams were perfect. All this with a choice of sides. I had the fries. We also had the last piece of coconut cream pie. It was very nice. So if you want pie go early. It is opened year round."

"This was the only restaurant we were a bit disappointed with during our trip to Annapolis Royal. The food was good but not great, but the pricing was very high for very modest portions. The service was very good as was the view from the rear deck."

"This pub is low key with a varied menu and fantastic fish and chips!! Their deck in summer is beautiful and the bartender is fantastic. The place has great character and is close to a wonderful second hand book store too!"

The cuisine is superb. The service is offered by the family and it’s fun and spunky. This is a rare gem operated by a hardworking German family. This establishment is truly worth ten stars. Head and shoulders above most dining experiences in North America."
